localDirectory: The local directory to upload
ftpDirectory: The FTP directory to upload to
filesAndDirectoriesToExclude: Filename, directory name, or wildcard to exclude

bin (Directory or file named bin anywhere in the structure) somefile.txt (a file) *.bak (Exclude all files with *.bak)
